HOW TO RAISE A COMPLAINT
We realise that sometimes we get things wrong, or people may need or want to raise a complaint. Our hope is that if you are part of Gracechurch you feel able to do so in person with a group leader or another church leader you trust. However, we recognise that there may be times when this is not possible, so this is another way you can safely raise a complaint.
You can raise a complaint by emailing chair-of-trustees@gracechurchbromsgrove.org which will be received by our leadership team, and a designated trustee. If you would prefer to speak to a trustee in confidence before formally raising a complaint, you can request this via the same email. If it is a safeguarding matter, please email safeguarding@gracechurchbromsgrove.org
You can also click here to view our policy on how we ensure that all complaints are handled fairly and consistently and, as far as possible, resolved to the complainant’s satisfaction. As noted in the policy, safeguarding and criminal matters may require specialist input and external involvement.
